Official Rules for WestRock Landing 2023 Black Bass- Tuesday Night Tournaments First Tuesday April 4th to August 15th, 2023 SPORTSMANSHIP, COURTESY, SAFETY AND CONSERVATION The following rules will remain in effect for the season. Interpretation and enforcement of these rules shall be left to the directors. Safety is the highest priority. AGFC and Central Arkansas Water rules will be followed.
